Privacy Policy for iOS Apps

This Privacy Policy applies to iOS applications published under the DevKraken name, unless an individual app provides its own separate privacy policy.

Information We Collect

DevKraken iOS apps are designed to collect only the information required to provide the app's functionality. Unless a specific app screen or App Store listing states otherwise, we do not collect personal information directly from users.

Some apps may store preferences, settings, progress, or app-generated content locally on your device. This information is used only to operate the app experience and is not sent to DevKraken unless the app clearly provides a feature that requires transmission.

Analytics, Diagnostics, and App Store Data

Apple may provide developers with aggregated analytics, crash reports, diagnostics, and App Store performance information. This information is generally not used to identify individual users and is handled according to Apple's own privacy practices.

Tracking and Advertising

DevKraken does not sell personal information and does not use personal information from DevKraken iOS apps to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. If an individual app includes advertising or third-party tracking, that app's App Store privacy details or separate policy will disclose it.

Third-Party Services

Some apps may use Apple services or other third-party services for features such as cloud storage, authentication, purchases, notifications, maps, or crash reporting. When those services are used, their privacy policies and terms may also apply.

Children's Privacy

DevKraken iOS apps covered by this generic policy are not directed to children and are not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a DevKraken app, contact us so we can review and delete it.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally by an app remains on your device until you delete it through the app, remove the app, or erase the device data. If a specific app transmits information to a DevKraken-controlled service, we retain it only as long as needed to provide the feature, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security.

Your Choices

You can manage app permissions such as notifications, location, camera, photos, and other device access from iOS Settings. You can also delete an app to remove locally stored app data from your device.

iOS Terms and Conditions

By downloading or using a DevKraken iOS app, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not disrupt the app, its services, or other users. You are responsible for the activity, content, and settings you create or manage inside the app.

DevKraken apps are provided as available. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue app features when needed for product, security, legal, or operational reasons. Apple terms, App Store rules, and third-party service terms may also apply to your use of the app.

This Privacy Policy applies to Android applications published under the DevKraken name on Google Play or other Android distribution channels, unless an individual app provides its own separate privacy policy.

Information We Access, Collect, Use, and Share

DevKraken Android apps collect only the information needed to provide the app's stated features. Depending on the specific app, this may include app preferences, app-generated content, crash diagnostics, device or app performance data, account information you choose to provide, purchase status, and permission-based data such as notifications, camera, photos, files, location, or other device access.

We use this information to operate app features, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, process purchases or subscriptions, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We share user data only when needed to provide the app, with service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law, or with your consent.

Google Play Data Safety

Each Android app's Google Play Data Safety section is intended to match the way that app accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes user data, including data handled by third-party SDKs included in the app.

Permissions and Sensitive Data

Android permissions are requested only when needed for app functionality. If an app accesses personal or sensitive user data, the app will use that data only for disclosed purposes and will not link persistent device identifiers to personal or sensitive user data except where Google Play policy allows it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal and sensitive user data. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we work to limit access and use data only for legitimate app purposes.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain user data only as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain security. If an app allows account creation, users can request deletion of their app account and associated data from within the app and by contacting diegodksanchez@gmail.com. Temporary deactivation is not treated as account deletion. Some data may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or similar legitimate reasons.

Children's Privacy

DevKraken Android apps covered by this generic policy are not directed to children and are not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a future Android app is designed for children or handles children's data, that app will have its own dedicated privacy policy and store disclosures. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a DevKraken app, contact us so we can review and delete it.

Your Choices

You can manage app permissions in Android Settings, review Google Play subscriptions and purchases through your Google account, delete local app data from your device, uninstall the app, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where available.

Android Terms and Conditions

By downloading or using a DevKraken Android app, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Google Play terms, applicable Android distribution rules, and any third-party service terms that support app functionality.

You may not misuse the app, reverse engineer it except where law allows, interfere with app security, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the app in a way that violates another person's rights. Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and trials offered through Google Play are handled under Google Play billing and refund rules unless a specific app states otherwise.

DevKraken may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Android app features for product, security, legal, or operational reasons. Apps are provided as available, and DevKraken is not responsible for outages, third-party service failures, device incompatibilities, or data loss outside our reasonable control.

This Privacy Policy applies to DevKraken websites, web applications, dashboards, portals, and general software services, unless a specific product provides its own separate policy.
